| Kon Wen Self-study Program Promotion Center (For People Who Live Abroad) To diversify learning channels, Kon Wen Educational Organization has established “Kon Wen Self-study Program Promotion Center” in October, 2008. The Center provides you with self-study service in Chinese(traditional Chinese), Math, and English. The learning method enables you to learn without the limits of time and location, so you can learn with more flexibility, develop self-learning ability at home, and further your competitive strength. Creative Minds International Limited Taiwan Branch(CMI) is authorized to be in charge of this business. Characteristics: 1. Learning is more flexible because there are no limits of time and location. 2. People of all ages, ranging from children to adults, are welcome to learn. 3. Each subject takes you 15 to 30 minutes to learn, and it effectively reduces the learning time and increases the efficiency of learning. 4. We have professionals planning the progress and correcting worksheets for you according to your individualized ability. 5. If you learn Chinese, you will get a phone call from our professionals every week. Through the interaction, your Chinese ability in listening, speaking, reading, and writing can be fully developed. Fees: 1. How do we calculate? The calculation date starts from the 1st day(or 15th day) of each month.
※If you live abroad, you don't need to send back the materials you have learned, you only need to fax back the learning record. 2. How do you pay? 1. 功文式教育目標是「自學自習」，教材設計上本身為一套完整系統化的「自修」教材，因此『收到郵包後，不會有老師或是教員撥電話做教學或是相關解釋的動作』，請務必自行閱讀教材包當中所有附件的說明，學習教材前請先閱讀教材上的例題或是教材相關學習說明(如：教材學習指引)，確保學習的流程與步驟，才能展現自學的效果。(專員只會在入會後、第一份郵包寄出前，撥電話給家長或是學習者針對教材出發點的訂立與未來預測進度做說明，寄出教材後，即開始啟動自學的動作，除非有教材調整上的必要，將不會再主動撥電話給學習者或是家長做解釋或教學，您必須自行閱讀相關說明，若您學習出現問題或是有其他相關問題都可撥電話至中心，免付費電話0800-668-830，或是利用E-mail詢問您的專員，亦可索取加入專員的線上Skype帳號，詢問時間Am9:00-Am12:30、Pm2:00-Pm6:00)。
2. 對於國內英文學習者及海外的國語學習者，有需要者，中心贈送每週1次電訪確認服務，時間在台灣時間每週一到週五Am9:00-Am12:30、Pm2:00-Pm6:00，一次電訪時間約10-20分鐘。(因此方案為贈送服務，若您需要，請「主動」與中心做連繫排定雙方適合的時間做電訪，若未告知，則視同放棄此服務)。電訪方式採線上Skype確認，若需電訪服務，請將方便電訪時間及Skype帳號告知中心，以利電訪工作進行。
3. 收到首次教材郵包後，請學習者先詳讀在家自學注意事項之說明，並確認教材郵包內的學習物料是否齊備(含回郵信封) ，請每天在固定的時間做適量的學習。學習基礎國語及英文科者需另購點讀筆或準備CD播放機器設備。 開始書寫教材，務必登記開始學習及完成學習的時間於教材右上角處(語文科配合點讀筆或CD落實聽讀2-3次後再開始書寫)。
4. 學習者完成當天功課，請家長務必立即協助批改與讓學習者完成訂正。
5. 成績表記錄也是學習流程的一部份，請務必每日登記得分與完成時間、英文科需增加登載聽讀次數或聽讀時間。
6. 首月提供一個月的教材進度，完成兩週的學習內容(每月1日、16日左右)請將完成教材及成績表利用回郵信封郵寄至功文在家自學推廣中心，以利中心確認學習狀況以安排15天的教材進度規劃，爾後即採每兩週互寄一次教材。
